I have a few cards to share with you today that I was going to share on Sunday but forgot to actually post. Sooo, I missed out on the time frame for a few of the challenges. Oh, well. So is life. :)
Kinda Eclectic is one of my top 5 favorite new stamp sets from the new catalog. It has a nice variety of natural images. I wasn't sure how to fit a sentiment on this card from so I thought I would leave it blank and just use it for whatever occasion it seemed to fit. This also uses some of the Moonlight DSP stack.
A few candy dots and some vellum are added touches. This one is being used for the technique twist - new and innovative challenge.
This card also uses the Moonlight DSP stack - a totally different look with a different pattern of paper - so versatile! This was pretty easy. I used the Banner framelits to cut the two banners. Then, I stamped Happy Birthday from the new photopolymer set Age Awareness. Finally, I added a few Petite Petals flowers (punched out with the Petite Petals punch) and a couple candy dots. Voila! The card is finished. The sketch for this card comes from Cas(E) this Sketch!
Finally, a fun patriotic card! I've never had so much fun with red, white and blue. This is my third card recently with this color scheme. The stamps are from Perfect Pennants. A few ovals from the Oval Framelits and a Banner Framelit cut of Silver Glimmer and a strip of Red Glimmer and the card is complete. This sketch comes from Create with Connie and Mary.
